Close integration into the Xantaro Group - continuing to grow together
Münster, September 2025. nicos AG is now operating under the name nicos GmbH and, with its new legal form, fits even more closely into the Xantaro Group. The change of name officially took effect with the entry in the commercial register on September 14, 2025.
"For customers, business partners and employees, the value proposition remains unchanged: nicos continues to stand for secure, global data communication in the SME sector - as a reliable managed services provider with over 25 years of experience," explains Axel Metzger, CEO of nicos GmbH.

This year nicos is also celebrating its 25th anniversary and can look back on a successful company history characterized by high-performance network solutions with 24/7 operation.
As part of the change of name, the communication channels will also change: In future, the company will operate under the name nicos GmbH. The company website can now be reached at www.nicos.group, and the e-mail addresses of the employees are now @nicos.group. The company headquarters in Münster, the contact persons and all existing contracts and services will remain unchanged.
Apart from the new company name, nothing will change for nicos customers and partners: the usual contacts and the Münster location will remain unchanged.
